6.5 Carcano Factory Crimp Die LTD PROD
Lee 6.5 Carcano Factory Crimp Die (custom over-run) crimps the bullet in place more firmly than any other tool. Tests demonstrate that even bullets which have no crimp groove will shoot more accurately. A firm crimp improves accuracy because pressure must build to a higher level before the bullet begins to move. This higher start pressure insures a more uniform pressure curve and less velocity variation.

Lee 6.5 Carcano Limited Production 2-Die Set includes a Full Length Sizing Die (for .264" bullets), Bullet Seating Die, Universal Shell Holder, Powder Dipper and Instructions/Load Data. Select this die set if you are reloading mixed range brass.
The original .268" bullet supply is limited, and requires an oversize easy x expander (sold separately).
Reloading brass with undersized flash hole? Undersize flash hole easy x expander is available as an accessory.
Please note: if you are using PPU Prvi Partizan brass, a #12 universal shell holder may be required for reloading.
