Lee 7.62X54R Collet Die only that uses a collet to squeeze a mandrel, creating a precisely aligned case neck while reducing run out. Sizes just the neck and requires no lubrication. This die set is designed to reload .308 bullets. If plan to reload .311 bullets, order NS2628 mandrel.
