After confirming the bullet feed die bearings were in the right place, I loaded the mag 230 gr FMJs and it fed without error on my UTP. It's nice to be able to rotate in a new full tube before the die itself runs out. Just for giggles and maybe a little more durability I replaced the plastic alignment bolt with a matching steel bolt, but either will work.
Tip: When handling a loaded mag, don't (even for an instant!) hold it by the top. It stays together with friction only and you'll have projectiles dancing all around you in a heartbeat. Ask me how I know. :-) I wrapped clear 2" box tape around the top and bottom but some kind of interlock or catch between the pieces would be nice to ensure it stays together under stress (not to mention, more elegant).
