Lee 35 Whelen Microemter Full Length Sizing 2-Die Set includes a Full Length Sizing Die, Micrometer Bullet Seating Die, Universal Shell Holder, powder measure and instructions with load data. Select this die set if you are reloading mixed range brass.


Nothing helps accuracy more than uniform start pressure, that is, the level of pressure to begin the bullets travel down the bore. Bullet seating depth affects this important pressure. For best accuracy, seat the bullet so the Ogive is touching or nearly touching the rifling. If your firearm has a magazine that limits your seating depth and you are unable to touch the rifling with the bullet, restore accuracy with the accessory Lee Factory crimp Die.

Factory Crimp Die

Lee 35 Whelen Factory Crimp Die crimps the bullet in place more firmly than any other tool. Tests demonstrate that even bullets which have no crimp groove will shoot more accurately. A firm crimp improves accuracy because pressure must build to a higher level before the bullet begins to move. This higher start pressure insures a more uniform pressure curve and less velocity variation.

Quick Trim Die

35 Whelen limited production quick trim die.

Use Quick Trim die in conjunction with the Deluxe Quick Trim Case Trimmer or Deluxe Power Quick Trim.
