22 Hornet / 221 Fireball Factory Crimp Die

Lee 22 Hornet, 22 K Hornet or 221 Fireball Factory Crimp Die crimps the bullet in place more firmly than any other tool. Tests demonstrate that even bullets which have no crimp groove will shoot more accurately. A firm crimp improves accuracy because pressure must build to a higher level before the bullet begins to move. This higher start pressure insures a more uniform pressure curve and less velocity variation.

22 Hornet Quick Trim Die. Will work with the 22 K Hornet.
Use Quick Trim die in conjunction with the Deluxe Quick Trim Case Trimmer or Deluxe Power Quick Trim.
22 Hornet Case Length Gauge & Shell Holder
Trim to length 1.383 to 1.403 inches.
This gauge will not work with the 22 K Hornet. A custom case length gauge is required for the 22 K Hornet.
